Our next big adventure, although seemingly little, is Ferdinand.  “Buy a cow” they said, “It’ll be easy” they said.  Well, it isn’t always easy and this little guy is our solution to the breeding problem.  He is a bull calf.  A Jersey crossed with a little bit of Normande, to be exact.  We are going to keep him a bull, to breed to our up and comings, in hopes that he minds his manners and appreciates the welcome.
